overview:
we are looking for a senior data analyst with strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset. This person will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and visualizing data to support decision-making across various departments. The role requires advanced experience working with large datasets, creating dashboards, and generating actionable insights.
responsibilities:
* collect, clean, and transform large data sets from multiple sources.
* analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
* develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like power bi or tableau.
* collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
* present key findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
* ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.
* document data processes and definitions for cross-functional reference.
requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in similar roles.
* strong command of sql and data querying techniques.
* proficiency with data visualization tools (power bi, tableau, or similar).
* advanced excel skills and experience with statistical or analytical tools (python, r – desirable).
* ability to work with cross-functional teams and present findings effectively.
* strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
* intermediate to advanced english level.
* bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field.
nice to have:
* experience working with cloud data platforms (azure, aws, gcp).
* familiarity with data warehousing and etl processes.
* knowledge of business domains such as finance, retail, or telecommunications.
