Tier 1 automotive | full-time position
key responsibilities:
* execute raw material planning based on mps/forecast using sap.
* issue purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries.
* coordinate with suppliers regarding capacity, shipping dates, and material transit.
* verify warehouse receipts and report discrepancies.
* schedule and quote multimodal and premium transportation.
* supervise customer deliveries and ensure quality service from customer service.
* prepare and report logistics kpis to corporate, including:
o inventory flash (inventory value)
o inventory turns
o doh report
o bcs report
o budget vs sales
o coverage, among others.
* coordinate audits for quality, safety, and environmental systems.
* prepare the department's budget and track expenses.
required profile:
* bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, industrial engineering, or related fields.
* advanced english (mandatory).
* experience and proficiency in sap and microsoft office suite.
* knowledge of foreign trade.
* familiarity with imex programs.
