*key responsibilities*:
- assign and monitor crew coverage in real time, with proper anticipation, executingoperational configuration of the pss (fares, taxes, rules).
- implement changes in test/prod environments using checklists, double validation, and documented evidence; ensure commercial logic is accurately reflected without impacting sales or check-in.
- monitor key metrics and alerts; identify anomalies and escalate to the provider/technical teams to contain impact and restore service.
- technical integration with third parties via rest apis.
- interpret swagger/openapi documentation, validate contracts, and consume endpoints (http methods, headers, authentication, pagination, 4xx/5xx codes); document flows, errors, and evidence to ensure predictable integrations.
- data validation using sql server (reservations, charges, inventory).
- build t-sql queries to cross operational tables, detect discrepancies, and generate reports to support decision-making and audits.
*required knowledge and skills*:
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
- advanced english proficiency and availability to travel.
- 3+ years operating new skies or navitaire systems.
- 2+ years of experience with sql server/t-sql for validations and uat support.
