*responsibilities*:
- participate on planning calls with noc
- on line and yard monitoring of trains with switching at the terminal to accomplish
- creation and sending of informs, reports and activity logs in a clear way, on time and with integrity of the
- coordination and support of internal operation through radio with road and local trains
- coordinates and informs about daily operational impacts to the terminal manager
- sets and offers the train on mcs and oasis
- mcs management
- communication link between noc and terminal operations
- guarantees the fulfilment of companies' legal procedures and policies to adopt disciplinary measurements when needed
- exemplifies the vision, values and culture of kcs in all and each interaction with the team, customers and other parties
*required*:
- technical degree or equivalent

- driver's license
- microsoft offce
- 1-year experience on cars switching and intermodal operation
*availability*:
- to rotate shifts, employees must have the ability and willingness to support the rail operation on critical requirements outside office hours, weekends and holidays
- this position could require travelling up to 20% of the time
