*in your role, you will*:
*leader responsible of supervision, human development, performance management and engagement of a functional team in charge of providing support to the daily operation in shop floor which also contribute to the fulfillment of the key indicators of the organization which they belong.*
- develop and deploy methodologies for problem solving.
- analyze drawings and engineering requirements.
- identifie non-value operations and optimizes processes on the production line.
- provide technical support on the manufacturing processes.
- timely monitor and report the progress of the projects assigned to their function, identifying risks and solutions for on-time delivery.
- develop and optimize visual aids for the manufacturing sequence using ergonomics standards with the proper use of risk analysis methodology.
- document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
- you have a minimum of 8 years of experience within the aerospace manufacturing or automotive product/process engineering.
- you have highly desirable to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a group leader in process/product teams in the aerospace or automotive industry.
- you have a professional bachelor's degree in aeronautical, electromechanical, industrial engineering or administrative mechanical engineer.
- you have 100% technical and business english language skills. French is a plus.
- you must have knowledge of catia v5 (or similar such as teamcenter), sap, 3dvia, advanced excel, office 365.
