The field sales representative role is an entry-level position that requires individuals to meet sales targets for financial products and services within a designated district or location in coordination with the broader consumer sales team. The overall objective is to utilize basic product knowledge to build relationships with clients and recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.
responsibilities
1. service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated locations or assigned geographical coverage areas to increase revenue.
2. proactively approach citi clients to establish real needs, understand client requirements, and interest them in citi's products.
3. provide advice and product information to citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
4. identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products.
5. achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
qualifications
* previous relevant field sales experience preferred.
* consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
* influencing and relationship management skills are essential.
* exhibit the ability to identify and recognize customer needs.
education
