Role Description

Our client is a dynamic growth marketing accelerator that partners with companies across various industries to drive measurable results through smart, strategic digital marketing. They are developing a new venture: a purpose-driven holistic wellness platform designed to help people reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, spirituality, and personal growth. They seek a Social Media Manager who will manage multiple projects and support the founder’s vision for the growing wellness app, while also handling client accounts for diverse industries.

The role brings structure, consistency, and strategy to social channels for multiple projects. You will be responsible for fully managing and optimizing a large Instagram account (approx. 440,000 followers, currently paused) and a growing YouTube channel (approx. 3,500 subscribers) for the wellness app—handling posting, community management, analytics, and strategy. You’ll help amplify content that resonates with audiences interested in spirituality, self-improvement, and holistic well-being. You’ll collaborate with the broader content and communications team to manage social media accounts for the marketing accelerator’s diverse client portfolio, ensuring content supports brand goals, engages the right audiences, and performs at its best.

Responsibilities

- Content Posting & Scheduling: Regularly post spiritually engaging and purpose-driven videos provided by the content team on Instagram and YouTube. Coordinate with the existing video production team to ensure timely and resonant content delivery.
- Community Engagement & Moderation: Thoughtfully moderate and actively engage with audience comments, DMs, and community interactions on Instagram and YouTube. Act as the compassionate and intuitive bridge between the audience and the founder, addressing general inquiries and escalating significant interactions or strategic insights.
- Automation and Funnel Management: Manage and optimize ManyChat flows to nurture and convert audience interactions into meaningful site visits and deeper engagements. Track and analyze metrics to continuously enhance the user journey from social interaction to website conversion. Collaborate with the ads team on product launches or promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Set up and manage a social analytics dashboard (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to measure KPIs, engagement, growth, and resonance of content. Provide weekly reporting with actionable recommendations and identify patterns to maximize impact and audience growth. Innovate to enhance community connection and interaction.
- Communication & Coordination: Conduct biweekly calls to discuss major themes, audience questions, and strategic adjustments. Provide consistent, clear, and meaningful communication around ongoing activities and insights.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
- Deep personal interest in spirituality, mindfulness, wellness, and personal growth.
- Proven success managing large-scale social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies and audiences.
- Experience with social automation tools (e.g., ManyChat), analytics platforms, and content management dashboards.
- Familiarity with Canva (must-have), Asana, Metricool, and Google Ads
- Strong organizational skills with an intuitive, proactive approach and a growth mindset.
- Exceptional moderation skills and a respectful, authentic communication style.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day social media operations with minimal oversight.
- Adaptable and able to balance priorities across a fast-paced growth environment and a purpose-driven wellness brand.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and accountability.

- Background in digital marketing, community management, or social strategy.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams, video production, and advertising teams.
- Daily spiritually-engaging content postings and moderation.
- Weekly performance analytics and insightful growth reports.
- Biweekly summaries of strategic insights, audience feedback, and recommended actions.
