About the Project Our client, a major travel company, is building a modern Salesforce-based loyalty platform that connects booking systems, partner networks, and digital channels to deliver personalized travel rewards.
They currently operate on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (CDP) and plan to incorporate Salesforce Loyalty Management for a unified customer experience.
Role Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Engineer with deep hands-on experience to support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce modules and custom functionality.
This role requires strong technical capability in Apex, LWC, API integrations, and multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce modules, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Management
Develop workflows, triggers, and Apex classes to support loyalty logic
Build and test API integrations with external booking and partner systems
Collaborate closely with architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Participate in technical design sessions and ensure best practices in development and testing
Support data migration and environment setup during the project phase
Required Experience 8–10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (CDP)
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management or customer rewards programs
Knowledge of data integration patterns and middleware tools
Salesforce Developer or Platform certifications
