we are looking for a delivery manager to lead and manage a structure of 200+ professionals, including project managers, scrum masters, and software engineers, working for over 30 us-based clients. This is a high-impact role with limitless growth opportunities in the fastest-growing company in the world. Your leadership will ensure that kpis are met, processes are adhered to, and operations run smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- lead and mentor teams of project managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and kpis.
- oversee profit & loss (p&l) responsibility and management control.
- act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution.
- collaborate with the pmo on the execution of procedures for pms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- work closely with hr business partners to enforce hr policies across the team.
- monitor the performance of project managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 pms overseeing 200+ team members.
- ensure efficient reporting and escalation methodologies to maintain smooth operations.
- address hr-related matters with the hrbp and escalate relevant issues as needed.
- present complex operational challenges to account managers (ams) while supporting the relationship between pms and clients.
- ensure that communication between pms and clients is professional, clear, and effective.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as a delivery manager, managing teams of 50+ people including 3+ pms in the it sector.
- strong it background and experience managing large-scale software development or tech projects.
- excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- university degree
- advanced level of english.
