- review and manage all of employee compensation & benefits.
- development and implement turnover & absenteeism reduction program.
- coordinate annual broker tenders (major medical expenses, life insurance)review and manager cafeteria, security and transportation services
coordinate, review and manage massive events: mother´s day, father´s day, christmas dance, christmas gift, raffles.
implement certification programs training.
- implement recognitions programs and event.
- collaborate with the medical and safety department to verify appropriate measures that safeguard the integrity of workers.
- manage and ensure company policies and procedures execution.
- disciplinary measures as established by the internal labor regulations and federal labor law.
- ensure and follow-up the compliance of labor regulations, internal labor regulations, policies and procedures.
- review termination of contracts before the conciliation and arbitration board and in plant.
- coordination of recruitment in strategic areas operational personnel.
- absenteeism and rotation monitoring.
- administration of major medical expenses, life insurance, funeral and dental expenses.
- review and manage the calculation of compensation, settlements, holiday control.
- program of recognition to the personnel of the plant.
