- bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- * proven experience (5+ years) in collections at financial sector*.
- fluency in english (written and spoken) is required.
- strong leadership and team management skills.
- excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- familiarity with collections software and crm systems.
- knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Collections strategy: develop and implement strategies for early-stage collections to reduce overdue accounts and improve recovery rates.monitor and analyze delinquency trends to adjust collection tactics accordingly.team management: lead, train, and supervise the early collection team, ensuring they meet individual and team targets..process optimization: streamline collection workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency.regulatory compliance: ensure collection practices comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.customer relationship management: handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and aim for amicable resolutions.reporting: prepare regular reports on collection performance, kpis, and delinquency trends for senior management.
