- develop tests, tools, and processes for preparation and execution of design verification.
- develop tests that holistically verify the safety and efficacy of the surgical robotics system.
- execute equipment qualification, fixture qualification (iq/oq), test method validation (gage r&r), script development, data analysis, and non-product software validation (npsw).
- ensure test documentation aligns with fda design control processes (21 cfr *) and iec *.
- collaborate with engineers across r&d (mechanical, electrical, software, robotics and control), systems architecture, and quality engineering to guide requirements and product development for testability.
- develop testing/analysis software scripts in python, matlab, c++, or other scripting languages.requirements- master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer systems engineering (or related field) and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a systems verification engineer-related occupation.benefits- vacation: 120 hours/year; sick time: 40 hours/year (colorado: 48; washington: 56); holiday pay incl.floating holidays: 13 days/year- work, personal and family time: up to 40 hours/year; parental leave: 480 hours within one year; bereavement leave: 240 hours (immediate) and 40 hours (extended)/year- caregiver leave: 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period; volunteer leave: 32 hours/year; military spouse time-off: 80 hours/year- eligible for medical, dental, vision, and time off per applicable collective bargaining agreement.
