You’ll be joining the fastest growing division in our company, called Joint Ventures (JV). You’ll be instrumental in helping other investors and wholesalers achieve their growth goals by helping to connect buyers and sellers, creating a win-win situation.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE**
A Joint Venture (JV) is when two investors join forces to close a deal. This typically happens when one investor has a property under contract, but does not have the buyers list to sell the deal. Because our company is well established over six + years, we have a strong buyers list, partners come to us to help them get their deal sold. Your job will be to reach out to new partners (business owners and entrepreneurs) to expand our list of people we can add value to.

**MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- Write and speak fluently in English (prior experience working for an U.S.based company or prior experience living in the U.S. a major plus) so that you're familiar with the cultural norms
- Possess strong negotiation skills (this is where prior experience in sales is helpful)
- Has a strong sales background, specifically using relationship building to form a relationship or close a deal, rather than aggressive sharky behavior
- Has a computer or laptop capable of managing company’s IT systems
- Has a quiet dedicated work space (a desk is ideal) free from noise or distractions
- Preferred previous experience in any of the following: property management, project management, real estate agent, client relationship manager, customer service lead / manager, event or project coordinator, and business development
- Service / product sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in real estate is preferred, but not required - we provide training on our industry and on-the-job training
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tap into channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google to establish new relationships with potential partners
- Find new channels to build additional relationships
- Build new relationships from scratch in our out-of-core areas where we will be marketing new deals in
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- $8.00 USD per hour + up to 3% commission on each deal closed (our average deal size is $20,000)
- Annual bonuses when the company meets targets
- Paid Time Off (PTO) of ten (10) days per year once you work for the company for four months
**WORKING HOURS**
- Monday through Friday
- 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (with a one hour unpaid lunch)
