as a compensation analyst you will support the compensation & benefits strategy for our operations in mexico and the andean region, contributing to a positive impact on billions of people.
key responsibilities
- implement the rewards strategy in mexico and the andean region (colombia, ecuador, guatemala, and peru).
- provide information and insights to hr leadership.
- prepare communication materials for senior management on compensation programs and analyses.
- maintain rewards information in hr systems and databases.
- collect data on compensation & benefits policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers on reward decisions.
- perform job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, and compensation survey analysis to prepare proposals and budgets.
- support salary review and incentive calculation processes by processing and analysing employee, salary, financial and performance data.
- act as a contact for employees regarding salary information and benefits policies, and support them in filling forms and requests.
required qualifications
- university degree in business management, finance, hr or related field.
- at least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits, including incentives plan design, strategy and management in multinational companies.
- cross‑regional, multicultural experience.
- advanced level of ms excel (complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- experience using sap.
- fluent english, both oral and written.
- payroll knowledge or experience is valued.
- experience in chemical, foods or food ingredients industrial companies is valued.
