your future roletake on a new challenge and apply your industrial and manufacturing expertise in a new cutting-edge field.you'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.you'll drive the optimization of manufacturing processes and foster continuous improvement to ensure high-quality production and operational excellence.day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, quality assurance, and industrialization teams), manage the development and qualification of team members, and implement corporate policies to ensure compliance and safety, and much more.we'll look to you for:managing the manufacturing contribution to industrial qcd (quality, cost, delivery) management.defining and validating supply chain processes.overseeing the validation of quality plans and industrialization processes.assessing and addressing ehs risks and conducting ergonomics analysis.preparing manufacturing planning, including workload, staffing, training, and resource allocation.managing the industrial process hand-over from pme to manufacturing.tracking sqcd performance and driving continuous improvement through kpis.organizing and executing changes to the product and retrofitting first trains/products, if applicable.leading issues management by raising concerns in mes, animating corrective actions (e.g., qrqc), and ensuring timely resolution.all about youdegree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workshop management.knowledge of quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., lean, six sigma).
strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration.problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues and implement corrective actions (e.g., qrqc).
