* working with software engineering to roadmap improvements to software solutions that securely provide performance data to asset managers and performance engineers.
* working with software architecture to optimize solutions for reliability, quality, and cost.
* partner with data scientists and ml engineers to define ai models and agentic workflows that automate data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and rootcause diagnosis.
* drive the integration of ai agents capable of coordinating ot signals, data ingestion pipelines, and human oversight workflows.
* define success criteria and evaluation frameworks for aipowered features including precision/recall, explainability, user trust, and operational reliability.
* collaborate with ux design to build delightful humanintheloop experiences that allow operators to supervise ai agents, validate decisions, and intervene as needed.
* work with engineering to implement guardrails, observability, and versioning for aidriven components and agents.
responsibilities
* determine the overall vision of radian generation's transport software.
* define product strategies to resolve issues with the quality, completeness, and reliability of site data.
* improve processes for monitoring and proactive response to data quality issues.
* collaborate with internal / external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
* identify opportunities to simplify processes using ai automation and domainspecific agent orchestration.
* document use cases, feature descriptions, and user stories to build viable backlog items.
* translate user pain points into ml feature requirements, model behaviors, and agent capabilities.
* manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on internal / external needs and shifting requirements.
* oversee all stages of product design and development.
* monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
* deliver updates to internal / external audience and provide training to end users.
* continuously monitor model and agent performance in production and influence iteration roadmaps.
* additional duties as assigned.
preferred experience
* 3+ years in a product role.
* handson experience using or integrating ai solutions (e.g., llms, ml models, automated agents) into business or product workflows.
