We offer a global approach with a local touch.this position demands agility in diagnosing and resolving telephony issues promptly to prevent disruptions and minimize customer dissatisfaction.key responsibilities include:developing and implementing telephony solutions that meet business needs by aligning technology with operational requirements.optimizing telephony systems by continuously assessing performance and ensuring alignment with operational goals.providing first-level support for technology-related issues (telephony, hb systems, and user queries).maintaining accurate status updates and communicating progress to stakeholders.monitoring telephony platform performance to detect potential issues.requirements include:proficient english language skills.strong working knowledge of cloud telephony platforms, including voip technologies and ivr systems.proficiency in sip, rtp, qos, and other voip protocols.understanding of vonage cloud telephony platform.certified network administrator is desirable.salesforce administrator certification or experience is considered a plus.at our company, we believe diversity drives innovation and creates an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
