* responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of medline
* others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system

* quality-reduce ppms
* improve metrics of actual performance and utilization in protrack for operations that use it or metric of boxes per hour – man for operations that do not use protrack
* compliance with program 5's
* quality management system
