SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
* Expertise: Strong background in digital and social media marketing analysis, with proven experience leading and implementing marketing strategies across LATAM.
* Budget Management: Solid experience managing budgets across multiple countries, overseeing campaigns across various markets and channels, including social media.
* Marketing Channels: Experience running campaigns on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, email marketing, and other digital tools.
* KPI Analysis: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize KPIs by country and/or region, focusing on results and continuous improvement.
* CRM Marketing: Proficient in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, with a focus on evaluating funnel performance aligned with MQL and SQL criteria.
* Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
* Availability: Willingness to travel and flexible work hours. US visa is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English, as this role involves interaction with multicultural teams across LATAM and international stakeholders. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
* Accessibility: Easy access to the work center located in Cuajimalpa, CDMX.
