We are looking for a *sustaining engineer*### ### the sustaining engineer is a support engineering role who will work closely with the contract engineers and design team. The activities include provide product support for the business working together with other departments such as production, manufacturing, quality, engineering, planning, purchasing with the purpose to comply with the customer requirements and global standards.### the goal of the sustaining engineer is to review and improve the products, reduce the cost and implement engineering changes. Will work closely with internal and external departments or even customers according to the factory requirements.### as sustaining engineer will work in effective with multifunctional equipment’s. Participation on problem solving process to find root cause of design complexity and will demonstrate thinking knowledge to solve problems in an effective manner. Requires administration skills of its own time and capable to manage multiple projects and empowerment to prioritize to accomplish critical lead-times. Will work closely with design and contract engineering to communicate the design specifications, test criteria, and receive feedback to improve the design product.
