We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented *technology & process improvement analyst* to join our team. In this role, you will focus on leveraging technology to optimize hr processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will be working closely with the service excellence team to implement and enhance technologies such as *workday* and *servicenow* to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve the overall hr experience for employees and the organization.
*key responsibilities*:
- *process improvement and technology implementation*:
- assist in implementing new technologies to streamline hr processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- analyze current hr technologies to identify automation opportunities and process improvement areas.
- support the service excellence team in driving hr technology initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement.
- help develop and implement new technology solutions to enhance hr operations.
- *data analysis and reporting*:
- gather, analyze, and interpret data related to technology performance, process efficiency, and service delivery.
- create reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in technology and process performance.
- analyze hr metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- *collaboration and stakeholder engagement*:
- work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technology solutions with hr workflows.
- provide technical support to the shared service team and train members on new technologies and systems.
- liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service and value.
- *project management and service delivery*:
- manage technology-related projects within the shared service center, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions and process improvements.
- optimize service delivery through the enhancement of self-service portals, chatbots, and other digital tools.
- *compliance and risk management*:
- ensure all technology solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity risks.
*qualifications and experience*:
- *essential*:
- bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- minimum of *2+ years of relevant experience* in technology, it support, or similar roles.
- proven experience with *workday* and *servicenow* platforms, especially hr modules (workday hcm, servicenow hr service delivery).
- strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and dashboard creation.
- familiarity with industry-specific regulations and data security standards.
- attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy and quality in technology solutions and documentation.
- *preferred*:
- certifications such as *certified business analysis professional (cbap)*, *certified data analyst (cda)*, or relevant certifications in tools like *tableau* or *power bi*.
- experience with *workday hcm modules*, including core hr, talent management, recruiting, and payroll.
- knowledge of *workday integration tools*, including *eib (enterprise interface builder)* and *workday studio*.
- familiarity with *servicenow modules*, particularly in *hr service delivery, incident management, and knowledge management*.
- proficiency in *programming languages* such as *workday studio* and familiarity with *sql* or *python* for data analysis.
- strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
