monterrey, nuevo león, méxico (hybrid)
salary: mxn$ 22,000 per month.
workschedule: full time - monday to friday (9:00 am to 5 pm.)
the role
a fast, detail-oriented digital designer who takes approved campaign concepts and extends them across digital touchpoints at scale. You'll produce display banners, social content, and localized adaptations across formats and languages — working primarily in figma and leveraging ai-powered design tools to maximize speed without compromising quality.
what you'll do
• produce digital creative assets (static and animated) across display and social based on approved concepts and brand guidelines.
• build scalable design systems in figma: reusable components, shared styles, auto layout, and organized libraries.
• execute creative resizes and format adaptations across standard and custom dimensions for multiple platforms.
• localize assets into multiple languages quickly and accurately using provided translations, maintaining typographic integrity.
• leverage ai design tools (e.g., figma buzz) to accelerate production, test variations, and optimize output — while maintaining brand integrity.
• stay current on emerging ai design tools and proactively integrate them into production workflows.
• maintain brand consistency across all campaigns, platforms, and markets.
required skills
• strong portfolio featuring banners, social, and performance digital creative across multiple brands.
• advanced figma proficiency: components, variants, auto layout, styles, shared libraries, prototyping.
• hands-on experience using ai design tools in real production workflows — not just experimentation.
• strong command of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy in constrained formats.
• proven ability to move fast at high volume without sacrificing quality or consistency.
• experience with multi-language asset production and localization layout impact.
nice to have
• motion/animation skills (after effects, lottie, figma motion plugins).
• familiarity with ad platform specs and trafficking (google ads, meta, dv360).
• understanding of a/b testing and performance creative principles.

requirements:
· advanced english level (both written and spoken).
· 3 to 5 years of experience
· creative project management
· graphic design software skills: photoshop, illustrator, figma.
· positive attitude, solution-oriented outlook, and collaborative approach to every project.
· a very strong understanding of motion graphics, aesthetics, type, layout and logo design
· close attention to detail.
· excellent communication skills.
· must be able to work independently when needed.
· bonus points for previous work experience with international teams.
