your role
provide launch management leadership to program cross-functional teams in plants to assure flawless launch execution, liaison with category aa and a programs when required
establish, confirm, and manage the project plan & coordinate activities for programs category b and c as program manager
follow up with area owners on operational gate reviews, ensure launches in plants with appropriate program review committees, and assure control of the manufacturing plant readiness for category aa, a launch activity
support customer audits in manufacturing plants in conjunction with the program manager for aa, a programs
schedule gate reviews & program updates with appropriate program review committees, for category b and c programs as program manager
provide leadership to assure program financials are met, for programs categories b and c as program manager
maintain required program records & report measurement metrics, for programs category b and c as program manager
skills & qualifications
4 year college degree (bachelor) or higher
strong communication skills (oral and written)
english level advanced
strong problem solving skills
strong cross-functional team coordination skills
good understanding of organization dynamics and ability to work through others to achieve objectives
