About the Role
We are looking for an experienced RMG Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. This role will be responsible for workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management to ensure that projects are staffed effectively and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end resource allocation for projects across multiple business units.
* Collaborate with Delivery Managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition to fulfill staffing requirements.
* Track resource availability, bench management, and future demand planning.
* Maintain accurate and updated data in resource management tools and systems.
* Identify skill gaps and recommend hiring or upskilling initiatives.
* Generate regular reports and insights on utilization, forecasting, and workforce trends.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements in all staffing activities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in workforce and capacity management processes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or similar roles (preferably in IT or professional services).
* Strong understanding of resource allocation models, demand/supply planning, and utilization metrics.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and resource management systems (e.g., SAP, Clarity, or similar).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Spanish.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Preferred
* Experience in IT consulting, outsourcing, or large-scale project environments.
* Knowledge of global delivery models and onshore/offshore staffing practices.
Work Modality
* Onsite position at Technology Park, Guadalajara.
