as a sales and account manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and leading the existing lead generation process.
key responsibilities:
1. identify and engage potential clients within target industries through effective lead generation activities.
2. lead and optimize the existing lead generation process, utilizing platforms to identify and connect with potential leads.
3. nurture client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
4. collaborate closely with the tech team to translate client requirements into project specifications.
5. provide accurate and timely project cost estimates to clients, based on inputs from the tech team.
6. prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, highlighting our capabilities and value proposition.
7. negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
8. monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
9. proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
