responsibilities
* act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
* manage and track development, support, and enhancement activities through jira or similar tools.
* provide clear task instructions, guidance, and reviews for offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and status review meetings with business and technical teams.
* ensure smooth salesforce operations by monitoring and resolving system issues, particularly related to cpq, quoting, and sales processes.
* translate business needs into functional specifications and validate solutions before deployment.
* maintain documentation for configurations, process flows, and enhancements.
* support user acceptance testing (uat) and assist with production deployments.
required skills & experience
* 6–10 years of overall experience with the salesforce ecosystem.
* strong hands‑on knowledge of sales cloud, service cloud, and salesforce cpq.
* experience working with offshore development teams, providing guidance and ensuring deliverable quality.
* excellent business communication skills – both written and verbal.
* ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and explain complex solutions in simple terms.
* strong understanding of salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and basic automation tools.
* experience with agile methodology and tools like jira or azure devops.
preferred qualifications
* salesforce administrator, business analyst, or cpq specialist certification(s).
* experience with crm integrations (erp, quoting tools, or middleware).
* prior experience in production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
