Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responding to and following up on technical support tickets.
- Providing direct assistance to clients to identify and solve IT issues.
- Remotely accessing client systems and devices for diagnostics.
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, and networks.
- Traveling to client offices or server locations when required.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, network, and software incidents.
- Proposing practical and effective solutions.
- Delivering basic user training on software.
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Preparing detailed work and performance reports.
Education and experience we value:
Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, IT, or related fields). At least 2+ years of experience in technical support or in the technology and security sector.
