Responsibilities
- Drive retention, growth, and email marketing revenue for our clients
- Direct access to brand owners and decision-makers
- Review account performance, report insights, and recommend strategy pivots
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Project Manager role
- Fluent written and spoken English
