Onirius hospitality advisors is a leading firm in real estate development, investment and advisory for hotels and branded residences. We leverage our global expertise to deliver long-term results and build market-leading developments, driving a consistent framework to navigate every financial stage of the real estate lifecycle, from deal origination and project inception to completion. We are hiring a highly qualified financial analyst for our mexico city team. You will work closely with senior managers to underwrite investments, build financial models, support transactions, and provide data-driven insights that help our clients achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns. Key responsibilities: investment management • advise ownership on optimal investment strategies. • monitor the investment community, market trends, and capital flows. • support selection and oversight of operators, franchise affiliations, and consultants. • assist in negotiating and administering management, franchise, and vendor contracts. • track, approve, and monitor capital expenditures and roi. Financial analysis & modeling • build pro formas, forward-looking projections, and valuation models (dcf, irr, sensitivity/scenario). • model capital structures across senior/junior debt, mezzanine, preferred/common equity, and jv waterfalls. • prepare asset management dashboards and kpi tracking for operating hotels. • perform market, competitive set, and benchmarking analyses. Transaction support & reporting • compile data into actionable reports, investment memos, and investment committee (ic) materials. • prepare pitch books and presentations for investors and lenders. • support due diligence, financing, and closing processes. What you’ll bring • bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or related field. • 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality/real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, hotel operations, or revenue management. • strong understanding of financial services, banking, and real estate fundamentals. • advanced microsoft excel (financial modeling) • full professional proficiency in spanish and english (written and spoken). • exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation skills; ability to communicate with investors, lenders, hotel management, and senior leadership. • high attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. • valid driver’s license.
