*what are we looking for?*
*main responsibilities*:
- manage application management services (ams) for sap s/4hana environments.
- ensure adherence to project deadlines, scope, and budget.
- act as the primary point of contact and liaison between technical teams and the client.
- coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and pmos.
- oversee the quality of all project deliverables.
- proactively identify, mitigate, and manage risks and resolve impediments.
- build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- report on progress, kpis, and project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- work effectively with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies, adapting as needed.
- manage sap service contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements (slas).
*key skills and qualifications*:
- proven experience in managing application management services (ams) specifically for sap s/4hana.
- native proficiency in spanish.
- advanced proficiency in english (both written and verbal).
- strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, even without formal authority, inspiring trust and motivating others.
- excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, comfortable interacting with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within defined deadlines and budgets; ability to prioritize and make assertive decisions under pressure.
- strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions; comfortable with ambiguity.
- proven ability to manage conflicts and pressure with emotional maturity and diplomacy.
- customer-centric mindset, focused on adding value to the client's business and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- proactive and autonomous, with the initiative to anticipate issues, suggest improvements, and take ownership of projects/services.

- relevant sap certifications (e.g., s/4hana, project management).

- familiarity with itil or other service management frameworks.

- cuauhtémoc, mexico city.
- this is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site.
