the marketing manager - engagement latam is responsible for driving delivery partner retention and engagement across latin american markets, with primary focus on brazil and mexico. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of key engagement initiatives including rewards programs, onboarding support expansions, and delivery partner appreciation campaigns during high-volume events. The successful candidate will work cross‑functionally with operations, product, and field teams to pilot, scale, and measure programs that improve the delivery partner experience and reduce disengagement. This role requires a data‑driven approach to program management, strong stakeholder collaboration skills, and a customer‑obsessed mindset to ensure delivery partners receive relevant, personalized experiences that drive long‑term engagement and productivity.
key responsibilities
* scale the mexico onboarding support program from pilot to nationwide implementation, managing phased rollout across in‑person, phone‑based, and online event formats.
* support the launch of the brazil rewards program, including partner selection, program design, delivery partner communication strategy, and success metrics definition.
* manage and optimize the mexico rewards program, ensuring delivery partners actively use available benefits and creating a pipeline of new benefits based on feedback.
* own the planning and execution of delivery partner appreciation campaigns during high‑volume events such as prime day and peak season.
* own and deliver against key disengagement reduction targets across latam markets, developing programs to mitigate the reduction in participation by highly valued delivery partners.
* partner with cross‑functional teams including operations, product, legal, communications, and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
qualifications
* 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
* experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
* experience with excel or tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
* experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
* experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
* bachelor's degree.
* fluent in spanish (write, speak, read).
* fluent in portuguese (write, speak, read).
* experience using sql or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
* experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
