ericsson invites dynamic and motivated professionals to apply for the role of integration & implementation engineer.
in this position, you will play a key role in the implementation and integration phases of the nro process, ensuring that customer services are delivered according to ericsson’s quality standards. You will be responsible for integration, optimization, scripting, and coordination with suppliers, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and global teams.
this role requires flexibility in shifts (day, late, night – low probability for night) and availability for on-demand weekend support. Please note: only candidates currently based in guadalajara will be considered.
what you will do
* perform integration and optimization activities, including scripting and site scheduling
* ensure first-time-right implementation, driving quality and efficiency in rollouts
* collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
* lead and supervise authorized service providers (asps), ensuring compliance with quality and timelines
* drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives
* ensure adherence to ericsson’s standards, processes, and safety guidelines
* support customer and supplier acceptance procedures
* provide reporting on progress, risks, and deviations
the skills you bring
* 2–3 years of telecom experience (integration/optimization/scripting)
* english: advanced
* strong soft skills: communication, motivation, learning agility, stakeholder management, leadership
* flexibility to rotate between day, late, night shifts (low possibility of night shift) and provide on-demand weekend support
* preferred: project/implementation management experience and supervising suppliers (asps)
* desirable: nro process knowledge and ran portfolio understanding (5g, rbs hw)
* rf background could also be considered
