- conduct outbound calls to homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy
- schedule high-quality consultations for our solar specialists
- consistently meet and exceed performance goals through effective communication and persuasion
- work closely with sales consultants to ensure seamless customer transitions

*qualifications*
- minimum *two* *years* of *cold calling* *experience* in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- fluency in english and spanish is highly preferred
