1. experience in large-scale ems wood or audio, proficient in using the ie method
2. familiar with the application and introduction of production automation, with experience in operating wood product equipment such as cnc
3. machine, etc
4. familiar with cnc programs and maintenance on wood cabinets. Familiarity with scm cnc machines is preferred
5. familiar with the painting process, both of production and equipments
6. can independently manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity
7. cross-departmental resource coordination and process improvement, with strong acknowledgment at ie and leadership
8. introduction of npi new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production
9. familiar with product sop, control plan, and pfmea
10. experience in audio products or familiarity with iso9000 is preferred
* english as the working language
* at least 5 years of production and manufacture engineer work experience in large-scale ems wood or audio, proficient in using the ie method
* industrial engineering, mechanical or electronic engineering, and related majors
