responsibilities
* responsible for all accounting work necessary to ensure accounts receivables procedure.
* handle client calls, emails, and system requests in a timely and efficient manner to resolve any inquiries.
* coordinate with homeowners to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure billing is complete and accurate.
* update homeowner contact information such as mailing address, phone, and email in the software.
* assist in the collection process (calls and delinquency letters).
* answer incoming office calls and direct them as needed.
* perform additional duties as assigned.

monday to friday
regular schedule 09:00 to 15:00 cst
daylight savings 08:00 to 16:00 cst
location
this position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day.

qualifications
* bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or finance related.
