gl.inet is building a 20-seat call center of english-speaking customer support specialists to join our team as independent contractors via deel/oyster/etc.
you'll troubleshoot routers (openwrt/linux), vpn configurations, and network issues for customers around the globe.
*what you'll need*:
- native-level or intermediate english for spoken support
- experience or willingness to learn router admin panel configuration, tcp/ip fundamentals, vpn server/client configuration
