role overview
we're looking for a systems-savvy salesforce admin to support client engagements with expert-level salesforce administration. You'll work across multiple client orgs to ensure clean architecture, scalable automation, and aligned gtm processes. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a strong focus on salesforce configuration, data integrity, reporting, and integration troubleshooting.
responsibilities
salesforce (90%)
serve as primary salesforce admin across multiple client orgs
own system configuration: objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and flows
build scalable automation using salesforce flows (and supporting declarative tooling as needed)
maintain users, roles, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, and security posture
design and implement lead lifecycle logic, mql definitions, routing, assignment rules, and territory/account allocation
build dashboards and advanced reporting for sales, marketing, and customer success leaders
support integration efforts: clearbit, zoominfo, linkedin, cpq, stripe, billing platforms, and related gtm tooling
maintain b2b commerce setup, product catalogs, and digital storefront configuration (where applicable)
provide ongoing qa, regression testing, and user support across client accounts
ensure security, compliance, and data hygiene standards are met across all client orgs

create documentation: systems maps, sops, admin guides, and change logs
participate in client meetings, sprint planning, and implementation reviews
contribute technical expertise to internal process improvement and tooling strategy

requirements
3–5 years of experience as a salesforce admin in a revops, salesops, or martech context
strong understanding of salesforce data model, automation tools, and security architecture
experience managing multi-org environments or client projects (agency or consulting ideal)
ability to balance technical depth with business context and prioritization
strong communicator with clean documentation habits and client-facing experience.
bonus points
experience with revenue attribution and campaign influence modeling (within salesforce reporting/crm analytics context)
familiarity with looker studio, bigquery, or other bi tools
working knowledge of middleware tools like zapier, tray.io, or workato
prior experience in b2b saas, especially with sales-led or product-led growth models.
work schedule & time zone
full-time role with working hours aligned to u.s. time zones.
compensation
monthly compensation range:
$2,500–$3,000 usd
