main activities:
* financial planning & analysis (fp&a)
* lead the region’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning.
* analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
* monitor p&l performance, variances, cost drivers, and productivity metrics.
* partner with plant managers and functional leaders to drive financial accountability.
* provide financial guidance to regional operations, supply chain, and hr.
* support decision-making for headcount, capacity, capex, and major investments.
* review and validate product costing, standard costs, and margin performance.
* track cost savings, continuous improvement, and launch readiness financial kpis.
* ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
* prepare region-level financial statements and management reports.
* ensure compliance with ifrs/gaap, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
* strengthen internal controls across all facilities in the region.
* act as the key finance partner
* coach and develop site-level finance teams (controllers, analysts, ap/ar).
* foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
requirements:
* bachelor´s degree: finance, public accountant.
* english: fluent.
* experience: 10+ minimum years of experience with in automotive industry related to financial management.
