As an hr generalist, your main responsibilities are:key responsibilities onboarding:support the integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing the necessary guidance and information for a successful start. Performance management:support leaders and teams in performance review processes, addressing questions and ensuring the consistent application of the model. Compensation:partner with leaders on compensation-related topics, aligning expectations and ensuring internal equity and consistency, with support from the regional team. Engagement & climate:analyze key people data such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, and team feedback, and propose practical actions to enhance the employee experience. Talent development:support talent development initiatives, promoting continuous learning and internal career growth. Succession planning:partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and support future development and succession discussions. Hr processes & compliance:provide support to local hr processes and participate in audits or reviews as needed. Talent acquisition:lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the local operation, from role definition with business leaders to interview coordination and offer support. Requirements bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an hr generalist. Fully bilingual (english/spanish). Experience working in a corporate environment. In-depth knowledge of mexican labor laws, hr regulations, and best practices. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to produce timely, high-quality deliverables. Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrable strategic thinking, influencing, and decision-making skills. Workday experience is strongly preferred. Advanced in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
