corporate office general services coordinator
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
* experience in property management (company's 4 corporate offices), supervision of the proper functioning and maintenance of office facilities, relationship management with suppliers of leased facilities, management of service contracts, purchasing of internal supplies for the company (computer equipment, telephones, communication equipment, stationery, etc.), timely management and control of payments to service providers, property owners, and suppliers, planning of departmental expenses, budget control, weekly planning of assigned and administrative expenses, control of access for internal and external personnel, management of parking spaces, control of fuel cards and corporate expenses, and management of a team of 4 people.
* english language skills (ability to conduct conversations and report in english to foreign executives).
we offer:
salary: $25,000 to $30,000 mxn gross per month
