about the role
we're seeking an agent os engineer to join our ai infrastructure team, where you'll design and build the systems that power intelligent agent-based solutions. You will be part of the team developing the agent operating system, enabling autonomous agents to collaborate and execute complex tasks.
key responsibilities
design and develop the agent operating system (agent os) for multi-agent coordination, planning, and execution.
build core services for memory, perception, and environment modeling.
develop apis and abstractions for dynamic agent deployment.
integrate llms, vector stores, toolchains, and third-party apis.
ensure performance, scalability, and resilience across distributed environments.
collaborate with research and platform teams to optimize features and tools.
qualifications
bachelor's or master's in computer science or related field.
4+ years of experience in systems or distributed development.
proficiency in python, rust, or go.
familiarity with langchain, crewai, langgraph, autogen, or react frameworks.
understanding of llms, embeddings, rag, and ai orchestration pipelines.
experience with docker, kubernetes, and cloud platforms (aws, gcp, azure).
nice to have
contributions to open-source ai frameworks.
experience with multi-agent patterns (supervisor, judge, etc.).
background in observability, knowledge graphs, or memory systems.
