* duration: 12 months
* location: mexico city (hybrid – remote + 2 days in-office)
* time commitment: 25–30 hours per week, flexible around your university schedule
* career acceleration: high-performing interns will be fast-tracked for junior analyst roles (business, data & analytics, and data science)

your role
as a business analytics intern at stori, you won't just analyze data — you'll turn data into decisions and transform insights into real impact.
you'll act as a detective and strategist, diving into business data to uncover patterns, visualize trends, and drive strategic recommendations. From designing a/b tests that shape new product features, to building dashboards that empower leadership decisions, you'll see your ideas come to life and directly impact stori's growth.
job requirements
* a motivated intern ready to work hard at a fast-growing fintech
* familiarity with data structures - our analysts primarily work in sql & python, but an understanding of financial modeling or programming in any language can get you started
* someone who is self-motivated, driven, and willing to tackle a problem head-on with a strong desire to continuously & proactively learn and improve
* a team player who knows how to communicate effectively, collaborate with team members, and appropriately escalate problems or blockers to their manager
* someone who can devote at least 20 hours a week to stori, though those hours can be flexible
* someone in their final year of a bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, engineering, or other quantitative discipline
* fluency in english
job responsibilities
* explore business and customer data through analysis, visualization, a/b testing, and statistical modeling.
* develop dashboards and reports in amazon quicksight that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* identify patterns in customer behavior, credit usage, and spending habits to propose innovative solutions.
* design and implement experiments to measure the real-world impact of marketing, product, and operational initiatives.
* automate data-driven processes to free up time for deeper strategic thinking.
* work cross-functionally with product, finance, data science, and operations teams to define priorities and implement recommendations that shape the future of our products.
