Job purposedrive and support the delivery of group security services within the appropriate region, for the protection of volvo group's people, information, products and assets.to support group security in identifying security threats and risks to volvo group's growing business activity in mexico and in the americas region, by conducting operationally focused information, gathering, analysis, and threat assessment.*as security director intelligence analysis americas*:- gather, analyze and disseminate intelligence information as tasked.- develop regional expertise, discerning social and political developments and patterns to provide an accurate understanding of present and future threats, risks and security assessments.- report developments and contribute information to various products, including active monitoring activities, weekly/monthly newsletter, customized reports, security-related notifications and dashboards.- brief clients, internal stakeholders and/or leadership on regional developments as necessary.- identify potential hotspots around the world that may pose a security threat to volvo businesses in the region and direct priority briefings as such.- support journey management or crisis operations as necessary, including but not limited to briefing internal/external parties on developing situations, maintaining contact with security vendors and arranging operational services when needed.- maintain knowledge of global developments to ensure pertinent developments are covered; contribute ideas for refinement of existing products or creation of new products to meet demands.- perform research and provide content updates for newsletters and dashboards.- proactively reach out and notify the head of security, security directors and other stakeholders when pertinent developments arise.- maintain strong open-source research abilities as well as develop and define alternate methods for obtaining relevant information to support volvo group security intelligence operations.*as a volvo security director*:- contribute to the development and delivery of the global security strategy and group security programs, objectives and priorities.- support the development and manage the implementation, and continuous refinement of security policies, standards, guidelines, instructions and procedures to ensure on-going maintenance of security protocols.- develop and maintain security awareness, including conducting trainings and educations internally.- conduct security surveys on site level, with the purpose to find gaps and support finding/recommend suitable solutions to mitigate the risks not being compliant entail.- develop, establish and train personnel in local crisis response teams.- secure immediate response and information to travellers in crisis or emergency situations.- conduct security investigations such as, investigations of counterfeit, illegal diversion and product theft cases and background investigations.- establish and maintain relationships regionally with security practitioners in other commercial sectors, intelligence networks, law enforcement and other related government/intelligence agencies.- produce regular reports on security program operations, incidents, and compliance to the head of security americas and regional business leadership.- work closely with government relations, external relations, and other functional and business stakeholders to identify and assess potential threats to new business opportunities in mexico and in the americas region.- maintain strong external focus, liaising with relevant government agencies, commercial and international organizations; develop sources of information to bolster group security's understanding of threats.- conduct frequent travel across mexico and throughout the region as needed, to conduct local threat assessments and develop local networks.tipo de puesto: tiempo completosalario: $70,* - $75,* al meshorario:- diurno- horas extra- rotativo- turno de 8 horas- turno vespertinoprestaciones:- caja de ahorro- estacionamiento gratuito- seguro de gastos médicos- seguro de gastos médicos mayores- seguro de vida- servicio de comedor con descuento- servicio de gimnasio- teléfono de la empresa- vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- vales de despensalugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
