this isn't your typical hr role.
we are looking for our first-ever hr hire to be a strategic partner directly to our ceo.
as our people & operations manager, you will be the architect of our "people first" culture in an environment built on a *"cyborg mentality."* you will pioneer the operational and cultural practices for our unique human + ai teams, building the rulebook for a new way of working.

- *own our growth*: you will own the talent acquisition strategy to grow our team from 24 to 50+ employees, managing external recruiting partners and leaning in to recruit directly for key roles.
- *build our brand*: develop nudesk's employer brand as a premier destination for talent seeking to work at the cutting edge of ai and human collaboration.
- *champion our culture*: act as the primary driver for our core values*:dedication, ingenuity, and collaboration.

- *drive operational excellence*: act as the central project manager for office operations, including selecting and managing our key it support vendors.
*who you are*
- *experienced generalist*: you have 5 years of professional experience in a people-focused role (e.g., hr generalist, people operations).
experience in a fast-paced startup or call center is a huge plus.
- *project manager at heart*: you are exceptionally organized and have a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
you know how to turn chaos into a clear, repeatable process.
