As a *transport analyst*, you will be responsible for executing transportation, related processes and systems, as well as capturing and organizing data generated during daily operations.this position reports to the transportation lead.
*key responsibilities*- monitors the execution of the unit assignment shared by the scheduler, and when necessary makes adjustments to the plan to ensure that the units go on route in a shorter time.
- provides entry of transport units to the distribution center, assigns cargo shipment to scheduled units, weighs incoming and outgoing units (in locations with scales), assigns transport unit data to the system, and monitors shipments in the tracking system.
- monitors operational kpis, participates in operational excellence systems (creating and closing cards, generating improvement ideas)*qualifications*- experience 2 or more years.
- industrial engineer or similar (industrial engineering, administration, commerce)- knowledge of routes, roads- transport regulations- gps monitoring knowledgeyou will have benefits: health insurance, life insurance.
