Responsibilities 1.target management: deconstruct and track category targets (smartphones, tablets, aiot) to ensure periodic goal achievement; 2.product lifecycle management: oversee end-to-end product lifecycle (launch/growth/maturity/eol phases), develop launch strategies based on product roadmap, usps and competitor analysis, and take ownership of mi store new product launch results; 3.sales management: drive category sales performance through regular progress analysis and reporting; 4.market intelligence: conduct market/competitor analysis to define product positioning, develop retail strategies, execute hit product plans, and optimize sales performance throughout product lifecycle.
requirements 1.bachelor's degree+ with full professional proficiency in english and spanish; 2.3+ years category operations experience in consumer electronics with demonstrated passion for sales; 3.strong logical thinking and execution capability with data-driven business analysis skills; 4.excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive business outcomes.
