Experience in customer service (in english).
Upper-intermediate english (b2+).
As a customer care representative, your responsibilities will include:
customer service:
respond to inquiries about tours (pricing, schedules, availability).
Assist customers with the booking and payment process.
Provide information on cancellation policies and refunds.
Address questions regarding itineraries, requirements, or tour restrictions.
Booking management:
confirm reservations and coordinate with providers or tour guides.
Modify or cancel bookings according to customer requests.
Complaint handling & problem resolution:
resolve issues such as delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations.
Manage refunds or compensations when necessary.
Handle customer complaints and find solutions to enhance their experience.
Follow-up & customer loyalty:
send satisfaction surveys after the tour.
Respond to reviews and comments on platforms like tripadvisor, google, or social media.
Offer discounts or promotions to returning customers.
