your mission
you will be the financial backbone of operations, ensuring cost efficiency, transparency, and smart decision-making through data.
key responsibilities
• monitor and report kpis: yield losses, labor efficiency, service levels, oee, and quality metrics
• ensure accurate inventory management and financial reporting
• track capital investment projects and asset capitalization
• analyze standard vs. actual cost variances using sap s/4hana
• update product costing and support new product launches through financial modeling
your profile
• bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (degree and license required)
• 3+ years of experience in production control, supply chain, or cost accounting (ideally in food, pharma, or chemical industries)
• strong analytical mindset and operational performance focus
• proficient in excel and sap s/4hana
• conversational to advanced english
• willingness to relocate and grow within the company
