We are looking for a purchasing manager with the following qualifications and skills to join our team :responsibilitiesstrategic purchasing oversight: supervise and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost optimization.technical knowledge: apply architectural, engineering, and interior design expertise to support strategic purchasing decisions for construction and renovation projects.budget management: develop, monitor, and control project procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.stakeholder collaboration: work closely with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, design, engineering, operations, and finance) to align purchasing with corporate standards and project requirements.supplier development: identify, evaluate, and standardize international suppliers to strengthen the competitiveness and efficiency of the supply chain.requirementsbachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, or related field.minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects and related procurement.advanced english proficiency (spoken and written).strong skills in budget control, contract negotiation, and vendor management.availability to travel (valid visa / esta).results-driven, objective decision-making, and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.join us and become part of a dynamic team where innovation and collaboration drive success.
