Responsibilities

Planning of receipts, oracle data entry, allocation, storage, distribution, and assortment to production areas.
Shipping of finished product or subassemblies to external and internal clients.
Implementation of inventory controls that guarantee its accuracy, both physically and in the mrp system and in the customs system (prisma).
Defines and ensures the implementation of practices that guarantee the well-being and safety of the personnel in charge.
Define warehouse space requirements based on siop

Lead the annual physical inventory.
10+ years of experience in inventory control, production scheduling, purchasing, and materials management.
Proficiency in resource optimization, manpower, and cost.
Proven experience in project management.
Experience in using lean manufacturing, six sigma, and continuous improvement tools, as well as related improvement projects.
Understanding of the flow of manufactured or purchased parts and materials and its effect on shortage control.
Experience working under the iso-9000 standard
qualifications
ability to lead and coordinate personnel effectively and develop work teams.
Intermediate proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
Experience in using mrp and erp systems (oracle is highly desirable).
Understanding of cost drivers in manufacturing operations.
